Running for KFOCI President
« on: February 09, 2017, 06:06:57 PM »
This year at the KF convention new officers will be elected. I have been approached by many of the members and asked to run for President, for which I am truly honored. I was prepared to throw my hat into the ring and run, how ever some personal things have come up this year which will take a great deal of my time. Because of this I would not be able to devote the time necessary to fulfill what I consider necessary to do a proper job as President, should I be elected.
For this reason I will not be running for any position in the club. I will however still be as active as I can be and will be attending all of the club events that I can.
I want to thank all of the members that have encouraged me to run.

Sincerely,
Lee Abrahams

Lee:
I commend you on your introspection. Above all, a National officer must expect to be at the National 2 years and possibly 4 years to fill his obligation.
