I did my install last fall. I am not at home and unable to access the diagram I made. I will look on the HAMB and see if I got some info from there. You can look up the make as there were not many different companies making them. You do need to run one more wire to the back and change the front bulbs to dual filament bulbs.

One thing that's important to keep in mind regarding the factory, and probably the aftermarket signal light kits as well; they included replacement sockets for the front lamps. The front lamps were simply parking lights and have single element sockets. The kits came with direct replacement dual element (terminal) sockets so you could have both parking and signal lights in front.
Also, the kit likely mentions that you have to tap into the brake lights for the rear ones.  On the Henry J, there is a junction under the dash you can simply unplug and plug the terminals on the signal light kit into it. No need to cut or splice, use the factory junction/plug.

Mine was a used kit from one of my other HJ's so I found a used dual socket pin holder and bought another then took out the front socket pin holders. I plugged the wires under the dash but you still have to run wire to the back and unplug one brake wire and plug it into the new wire.
