Someone should check the numbers on this one ( paint & trim )  & Vin .
Looks like special order or Executive Order. This happens a lot for Calif. could be a one off rare.

That would be a great find for someone.  Henry J Kaiser Jr. ran the  Long Beach CA assembly plant and died at an early age.  The personalized license plates have her initials.  California has had personalized license plates for about thirty years.
