Brake Shoes

I ordered a set of brake shoes for my 54 Aero Lark.  They were listed as 11" Way too large. Does anyone know the correct size and part # Also are the front and rear the same ?

The info I have states: Bendix (Lockheed) Hydraulic, self-centering. Drums are 9" diameter, primary shoe lining length is 9 7/8", width is 2". Secondary shoe lining is 7 11/16" long, width is 1 3/4". Thickness of lining is .214" all around. Why not have your original shoes relined? Gary.

The 11" shoes fit the big Kaisers. You need the same shoe as what fits a Henry J. At one time, NAPA carried the shoes under part number TS51. I just ran a scan on their website and didn't find any...perhaps someone else on this forum can help. The shoes are the same, front and rear

Thanks for all the info. I did find a listing on O'Reilly's 29.00 a set. It also listed them as the same shoes for a 61-63 CJ3. Napa will have them here for me tomorrow to check out. As far as rebonding,,,,I am in the UP and there is nowhere close bye to have that done. I will let you know if these are the correct shoes. Two online parts places listed the 11" as the right shoes.....I'll have to correct them :)  Thanks again

Turns out that it is actually the manufacturer Raybestos that has it wrong.....they list 53PG the 11" that I got as fitting the Willys on their website. Rock auto ,where I got them, lists a different shoe for the Henry J....and has them in stock !. Should know about the Napa shoes later today.

The Napa TS40 listed for 61-63 CJ3 will fit.....the difference being all shoes are 1.75".

Just wanted to pass this along.... I emailed RockAuto to tell them that the listing was wrong. I didn't ask for my money back...I said the shoes were 21.00 so to pay the shipping for the return didn't make sense. I just got an email back  saying he thought their catalog was wrong, after checking with Raybestos, and would be corrected. Got a full refund ,including shipping , and said keep them. Anybody need a set of Raybestos 53PG shoes ? :)

For what it is worth, I have just went through the learning process when it came to finding the correct brake shoes for my '52 Wing.  I am not 100% sure but I believe all of the Aeros have 9" x 2" brakes.  Anyway, I wrote this up for the cause.
I have been searching Epay and all of the Auto Parts suppliers to find brake shoes for my 1952 Aero with not a lot of luck.  I even ordered a set from Summit only to ship them back because they were 11”.  My Wing has 9’ X 2”brakes.   As I was searching for parts for my AMC Mighty Mite and just by luck, I ran across brake shoes for that.  As I am studying the picture, I noticed that they look exactly like the ones on my Aero!  Long story short, they are the same and there is plenty of them available due to Army Surplus supplies.  The two sets that I just bought of Epay are riveted 9” x 2” with a date on the wrapping paper of 1967.  They linings are all 2” wide by the full length. 

Part number: 1221/51,
Part number stamped in steel: Bendix 4902
9” x 2” Bonded Brake Shoes fits:
1952, 53 Nash Statesman model 40, Front & Rear
1953, 54, 55 Rambler model 10, 25, 28, Front
1956, 57 Rambler 6 cyl model 5610, 35610, 5710
1952, 53, 54, 55 Willys Passenger car, Front & Rear
