You ain't kidding! I am mostly familiar with these vehicles from the parts books. F-head 134 with an automatic! And you can drive it standing up!
Studebaker had a similar postal vehicle that used their OHV converted Champion 6 (that had a reputation of cracking the OHV heads) with a weak all aluminum B/W automatic. Like the Kaiser product there are hand controls so you could drive standing up. The steering box is right behind the front bumper so a bump in the right place could break the steering.
