Kaiser offered two different styles of outside rear view mirrors for the 1951 and up Kaisers. You can view them both on Jim Betts website under accessories. One attached to the top of the door post by the vent window and the deluxe one was screwed on to the door under the drivers window. The deluxe version is very difficult to find.
