Thanks, Jack. I have a Microsoft operating system. When I got the disc it appeared to be used and there are blemishes on it. I tried the old trick with furniture polish but it did not remove them. They are the obvious problem. I will contact the secretary for a replacement and many thanks for your prompt reply.
