It's a '51 hood ornament. Looks like Henry J but because the '51 Henry J ornament was a smaller version of the '51 Kaiser ornament, I often see them mistaken for one another - especially on ebay. The difference is the '51 Kaiser ornament measures 21" tip to tip where the '51 Henry J ornament is about 16" tip to tip. The proportions usually give it away as the base on the Kaiser ornament is larger in proportion than the Henry J ornament.
