ebay listing
« on: February 05, 2018, 08:57:29 PM »
Looking on ebay tonight (want 54/55 Manhattan lower RH tail light lense, VG cond.)...ran across this posting:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/1954-KAISER-MANHATTAN-RIGHT-TAIL-LIGHT-UPPER-LOWER-ASSEMBLY-415603-/132488426303

(Lense in photo looks like it might have hole...darn...)

Appears from photos there's pretty much a whole car, with SC'd engine still in it, can't tell if auto or std...no radiator...

So, if looking for stuff, you might contact the lister... up in Minn. as I recall...  also, believe I saw a 51 in photos/parts/store...

passing along info, no connection/knowledge, with/of this outfit.

The car's at French Lake auto parts. I've seen it. If you look closely at the where the steering column comes through the firewall you can see it's Hydramatic linkage.

Do you recall condition of that right lower lense?  any holes, big cracks, crazing?  I couldn't tell from photo...

Thanks.

I don't recall. Most of the cars have been there 40 years or more for whatever that's worth.
