My wife and I just returned from Hawaii where we went looking for Henry J. Kaisers home. I used a stock photo of the estate as it was closed. It is a Historic Residence as the sign states and the out side was nicely landscaped. He is located at the far right of the finger outcropping in the picture from the Top of Diamond Head. The house faces the back side of Diamond Head. The other side is where Honolulu is located.
We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village which had 6 hotels on site, having the first two built by Henry J. Kaiser but that will be in the next post.
It was quite a trip and I learned so much more about HJK's time in Hawaii than I could put in these small snippets.
