That is an interesting car.   Appears in good condition.
On the video, I didn't like the continuous circular motion of the camera which prevented focusing.
On the inside, driver's side rear seat--- what is that large round cover?   It almost looks like a spare tire cover.

It is the spare tire.  On Vagabonds the rear door does not open and the spare is mounted on it and you get access from the rear or reaching across from the right  rear door.  That feature was unique to the Vagabonds and  Voyagers.

I had posted yesterday on the forum "General Category" about this car:

Wondered what happened to this car that was previously owned by H.F. Houston in middle Tennessee. Back in the mid-late 1990s we would park our '54 Manhattan next to this car at shows in southern Tennessee. H.F. also had a very nice '54 Manhattan with a continental kit but it was sold from his estate by the time we got up there to check out  his cars following his passing. In 2014 we did haul back a '57 Hudson 2-door Hollywood and a '57 Nash Ambassador Custom that we still have. This taxi cab Frazer always got lots of attention at the car shows.
Note that the '51 Vagabond we used for a parts car did have the left rear door opening with the spare tire on it.

If the car was made as a Taxi at Willow Run, there would be notations on the firewall body tag to identify the Special Order activitiy.  It would be at the SPEC-FO position and I would expect it to have something beginning with either "SO" or "F" prefixes.  The company would have kept a file with (at the very least) the modified electrical wiring diagram.

Otherwise, it does look nice.

I'm unable to say when the car became a "taxi." We never asked the owner since we met him and saw the car in 1995. Attached is the car in 2014. Note the Dixie Region K/F banner.
