After quite the process and well over a year late, SMS finally delivered the last of my Aero interior material, striped seat cloth.
This is the second weaving, still not entirely accurate but better than the first attempt & close enough that I'm going with it. The up side is that it's a much better quality cloth than the original which in my car was not very durable even at low mileage.
The plain cloth was also a close substitute even though they claimed to have exact match in stock, once again a much better material though.
My vinyls & piping were well matched.
The attached photo shows original swatches stapled to paper along with the available materials. I've seen the original pattern on unrestored '53, '54, and '55 cars listed for sale.
I think I paid $90 per yd for the plain, SMS says they have more striped at $129 per yd. I have extra myself due to the minimum to have a new pattern produced but don't want to sell till my seats are done.
