Darrin bumper heights

What are heights of both the front and rear bumpers?
Does the car sit slightly lower in the rear?
I am trying to determine if my rear springs are sagging. 
The rear springs appear almost flat, hardly any arc, with the car on level ground.

Hi Terry - The bottom edge of my rear bumper, where it wraps around the 1/4 panel, measures 13 1/2". My car also looks like a "tail dragger" from  the side, even though it has all new suspension components. I think that's the way "Dutch" planned it!
