According to one of the HEMMNINGS blogs, the Phoenix Arizona dealership building that once housed Ray Kourte's AMC dealership and his Jeep distributorship is on now on National Register of Historic Places.  Kourte became the Kaiser-Frazer/Graham-Paige distributor for the Phoenix sales territory in 1946 and took on Willys in the early 1950's.  After Kaiser-Frazer stopped making cars he ended up with AMC and kept the jeep franchise operating out of this building.
