Do you experts know from the very bad and few photos if this is a Manhattan or just a Special?

Car looks like a '53 due to the chrome on top of rear fenders and absence of exterior trunk hinges. Side lower trim looks to be Manhattan.

It is a '53. Horn button and dash also ID it has '53.  The tenite steering wheel also indicates Manhattan. Couldn't read the model on the pic of the tag but it looks like K532 which is '53 Kaiser Manhattan.  I've been through Zimmerman, MN many times. Don't remember ever seeing any Kaisers there.
