KF didn't use part numbers in the 300xxx range but I think Rambler/AMC did. What you have might be a part for one of them. Post picture, maybe we can narrow it down.

That part number does not seem to be a Kaiser-Frazer number.

Kaiser-Frazer used the following sets of numbers for different categories for things:

under 100001 - Hardware (generic type nuts, bolts, etc).  Dealers & distributors could order from Parts and Service
100001-200001 - Accessories and items related to accessories.  Dealers & distributors could order from Parts and Service
200001-300001 - .  Dealers & distributors could Accessories and items related to accessories & general replacement parts
300001-400001 - PRODUCTION LINE INVENTORY  that included cloth, body parts, interior trim parts and many other items
400001-500001 - Used for Allstate-specific parts and other items.  Dealers & distributors could order from Parts and Service during July 1953.
500001-600001 - BILLING NUMBERS for things like crating of large items (fenders, doors,  even body shells)
600001-700001- Used starting in 1953 to cross-reference Willys Motors (aka Willys-Overland) items that worked on Henry J and other K-F product.
7600001-800001 - PRODUCTION LINE INVENTORY for items cast (like cylinder heads), stamped items and other reserve items.
800001 and above - Willys Motors/Willys-Overland parts that replaced old 200-series KF part numbers

The 300- seriues numbers might be the casting/stamping/dle casting numbers for a part.  Many car owners have seen the 300- series and 700- series numbers on actual K-F parts packaged in the 200- or 100- series numbers that are in parts books dealers used.

Best suggestion is to take pictures with a yard stick or ruler to show size (length, etc) and show the numbers on these items.  It can be helpful to identify what may be what.

Those look like the right and left narrow side trim on the front fenders of the 51-55 Kaiser. If they are then right are left are the same.
