It may commonly be thought that Joe Frazer was responsible for acquiring the rights to the Rototiller from C. W. Kelsey, but that is incorrect and I just found another letter to support that. The first letter is referenced in my website article at
http://www.zucksrototillers.com/Joe.html and the one I just found was written by R.J. Hodgson, then president of G-P and is attached. P.E.G. Nielsen was Rototiller, Inc. first dealer and was located in Glen Rock, NJ.
