Shadyside Ohio Stamping Plant

Hi Everyone-Does anyone know anything about a stamping plant Kaiser operated in Shadyside, Ohio? They may have referred to it as Shady Willow. In later years, it was owned by International Harvester but sold in the early 1980's when they had financial problems (and sold the ag business).  Any info will help and be very appreciated. Thanks!

There is a black and white photograph type postcard of the plant and the caption says""Kaiser-Frazer Corp. Shadywillow Press Plant Shadyside, Ohio"  There are about four 1951 Kaisers parked in the front of the plant so I suspect that was one of the years that it was in operation.  There is also a postcard of a plant in Struthers Ohio as well as one in Bristol, PA.

Attached are photos from issues of KAISER-FRAZER DEALER NEWS, a tabloid type newspaper put out by Kaiser-Frazer Corporation to its car dealers and distributors as well as an overview of the plant history.

All the K-F factory files were either lost in a 1955 fire that occurred in the basement of the old Willys Administration Building in Toledo Ohio or lost when American Motors imploded the Administration Building in Toledo around 1972.

The pictures show:
1.  Scale model layout of the plant floor where presses, machinery and other activities took place
2.  The Shady Side plant itself
3.  One of the floor pan sections for 1952-55 Kaisers stamped at Shady side
