These guys appear to have some door seal material and window sweeper material for your model:

http://www.metrommp.com/index.cfm?f=product_list_for_vehicle&search_year=1952&search_make=KAISER&search_model=VIRGINIAN%20DELUXE&search_submodel=

I would also definitely give this guy a call:  Larry Barker, Peoria AZ, 480-843-8110...in fact, I would give Larry a call first!

He has a huge number of parts available for all Kaiser/Frazer/Willys models.  Larry is an awesome guy and will gladly help you find what you're looking for.

Regarding the window fuzzies, see this thread:

http://kfclub.com/forum/index.php/topic,12296.0.html

I did just the horizontal window sides (not the vertical U channels.)

OH, and I got the fuzzy strips at  https://www.nationalchevyassoc.com/

But I live near St. Paul. You may be able to find them somewhere closer.  The Chev part number is https://www.nationalchevyassoc.com/belt_weatherstrip_1020
