They're not Deluxe caps, or at least, the ones on my Deluxe are different, and they're not the HJ center hub variety...  I don't believe I've seen their like before, but then I'm still pretty green.  :)

They are the stainless steel wheel discs used on Henry J and Kaiser Darrin automobiles.  The item is part of Accessory Group 8, reserved for the 6 cylinder Henry J 1951-54 model years.

They're actually in really nice shape.  And at the price, cheap for anyone currently restoring a Henry J or Darrin.
