As you stopped in mid-thought about what your situation seems to be, I offer this assuming there is a clutch plate issue.
I start with the 1951 Kaiser Illustrated parts list. Two different part numbers are given for the Clutch disc (plate). 208629 is listed for 3-speed transmission and 213068 is listed for manual transmission with overdrive. The 1952-53 Kaiser Supplements to the 1951 parts list, as well as the 1954 Kaiser Parts List continue these part numbers so it's safe to say that these numbers are still valid start points for Kaisers after the 1951-1952 Virginian programs. In the Willys Motors Parts Price List issued in 1955, 208629 was discontinued; dealers were told to use the 213068 number instead. In 1957, the Willys Motors Popular Parts List moved the K-F number to the Willys Motors system, giving the part #734854 (a lot of K-F mechanical items that worked on Willys or Jeep branded vehicles got Willys numbers beginning in 7 or K-7); it was identified for the 9 1/4 inch disc. by 1967 (the most recent issue of the Willys Popular Parts List) the number was changed to Willys #926917.
The 2 latest numbers can be used when talking to Willys and Jeep parts vendors and noting it's for vehicles using the 226 engine with the 9/14 inch disc.
I don't know if this is of any help for you.
