Adding power brakes to a 54 Manhattan.
« on: July 27, 2022, 12:31:09 PM »
Sharing a new found resource. CH topping in Long Beach, California is adding a power brake system to my 1954 Manhattan. It involves a new "dual" master cylinder with a booster. He does this all the time on numerous classics.  http://www.chtopping.com/Home/index.html  I only found CH topping through extensive research.

I added a dual master cylinder and booster to my 1951 Frazer Manhattan. I mounted it on the frame using the stock pedal and fabricated a mounting bracket to keep everything near the stock location. Works great and looks as if the factory put it there.
