1947 Kaiser Frazer Manhattan
A friend of ours rescued this car from a shed in PA which was stored there
for about 30 years. Very solid body, solid floors, and solid trunk. Only a few
areas of small rust through on sheet metal, surface rust, couple dings and scratches, faded paint.
Original 6 cylinder flathead engine which turns over by hand but will need a starter
rebuild or replace as I took it out and cleaned it but it still won't spin.
Has 3 speed (3 on a tree) column shifted transmission. Goes through all gears.
Windows roll up and down very well and doors all close nice and solid.
Looks like it was repainted many years ago but I don't see any signs of body filler anywhere.
Nice solid frame.
Car has a title but is signed in the wrong place. Owner will get a replacement title for it.
