2.  If you haven't talked to Jim Lape or Mike Knittel on this, please contact them.  Mike may only be reached on weekends these days...as I recall he's out in the field for the company he works at.

FYI I joined via computer and paid paypal on 10/23/10 and nothing has made my mail box as of today 12/17. I did get an email response to my inquiry about the delay from Deborah at membership@kfclub.com  and she said I would get at least the club bulletin out of Ohio in about a week and that was on Dec 1. Nothing yet. She said the membership packet would come out of Texas. I'm not too concerned yet but I do wonder when my membership callender year starts and ends. Has anyone considered offering an emailed version of the bulletin? My local Studebaker club offers it and I really like it that way. Pictures are in color and you can archive or print up a perfect copy with no folds or staples.It would save on postage too.

Email version IS available now and has been for some time. I no longer get the paper version but some folks get both I guess by choice.

To get the email version, just write the club bulletin editor at KFOCI_Monthly@yahoo.com and request it. You'll be added to the email distro.

For several decades, the KFOCI was run rather informally. The Charter Members were supposed to govern the Club, but death or lack of interest in the Club caused a situation where there weren't enough of these people. After a while there was a revision of the Club Charter/Constitution and a realignment of the Divisions & Regions. I hope after all these years members will concede the changes were appropriate.
The current Club Constitution makes no mention of of a Membership Manager but the previous document had no references to any publications positions. Perhaps changes in the the governing document are in order.
