Has anyone ever dealt with a car sales/export company in Japan called Globiz?

I have checked out this website (globiz) and wanted to buy a car from them (in Japan) for export to the UK but they never answered any inquiries, even when I provisionally ordered the car.

Many of these firms are scams but I do not have a current list.  However, I do have a UK contact familiar with reputable companies that move old cars in and out of England.  If you are interested I can pass on contact information.  I have known this man for just about 30 years and trust his judgement.
