Another long time KFOC member has passed away
« on: March 17, 2011, 06:37:51 PM »
I just found out that Doug Taylor of Saint Paul passed away this week.  He had a nice '48 Frazer Manhattan with factory leather upholstery. He drove it to Oshkosh in 2001 and the engine threw a rod on his way home taking him out of the hobby after many years.  His wife Roberta passed away in 2006.  I last saw him in October and he was quite talkative, pretty sharp mentally and was really enjoying his beer.  Godspeed Doug!

Sorry to hear so but he enjoyed his Frazer.  He did not rebuild the motor after it threw a rod? That would be too bad.   Factory leather, wow.
No old cars owned.
