visually correct spark plug wires

When I got my 53 Dragon it had plug wires without a boot on the plug end. Is this correct? I see advertised in the bulletin, plug wires with a beehive boot.

It can be argued that either is correct but according to KF judging, 1953 cars should have wires with the beehive boot.

The boots are part of an overall change in the electrical system made by K-F for 1953; the package is in line with what Chrysler did in 1952 and is generally referred to as "waterproof ignition"

Hi, just so I understand, My 47 has wires where the metal clip connected to the spark plug is exposed is correct.

That is correct, all Kaiser and Frazer cars thru 1951 (inclusive) used plug wires with a boot at the plug end. 1952 Kaisers used the same. In 1953, they switched to using wires with boots. It's my understanding that all HJ cars used wires with boots.
