According to Fram's chart, this bracket to the engine unit is a more or less generic design and could fit all kinds of cars, trucks, tractors and other larger stationary engines.  It is NOT a Kaiser-Frazer part numbered item and may not be considered correct for judging.     It was one of many aftermarket category items that could have replaced the type 1/2 canister unit used on the 1951-55 Kaisers.  Decision on acceptibility would be up to the judging standards committee.

Personally, I vote NO
