Seeking top conditioned car with newer engine and automatic transmission.  Currently own a beautiful 1949 Kaiser Special with original engine and OD transmission but willing to trade or purchase another car outright.
See my car at Hemmings.com-- listed for $10,000, firm price.  Budget for new car is $15,000 to $25,000 depending upon condition. Feel free to call me at 630-428-0984 or send an email.

Just so you know, if you're looking for an original car, they did not offer a Hydramatic till 1951 and very few '51 Frazers had it, but there were a good number of 1951 Kaisers that did. No KF cars from 1947-50 had them.  Of course your request says "newer engine and automatic transmission" which means you may be looking for a modified/upgraded car. If you're looking for a modified car, I've seen a number of them that people have converted. It's likely you'll find something if you place an ad in the KFOC Bulletin. You may find something here as well.

I am seeking a modified/upgraded car perhaps with a Chevy 350 engine or something similar.  Will place an ad in the Bulletin ASAP.  Thanks for your response.
