CLUB INFO IN CAR MAGAZINES
« on: April 28, 2012, 10:18:39 AM »
In the latest Old Cars Weekly, information for KFOCI is listed as such..."Stroudsburg, PA...Char Dayton"..."Kaiser Darrin...Dave Antram"
We can all admit that this is indeed  old data.

I think that someone in the Club should be appointed/voted to assure that the information for our Club is correct in the files of magazines.
Obviously, with the number of magazines available, a reasonable list needs to be generated.

Addtionally, this person could also be responsible to list our upcoming events in magazines such as Hemmings.

This would help anyone interested in Kaiser-Frazer to get both correct and timely information as well.

I nominate the Vice-President for that role. The only real duties the VP has, besides stepping in for the Pres if out of commission and being KFOCI goodwill ambassador, is to audit the books at the National each year. When the proper person is appointed, all club members should send in any published info, whether it's correct or not,  to the person responsible. That way we can compile a list of all the places to update when needed.
