On November 17, 2012 I am requesting your assistance and cars as an entry to our communities 66Th Annual Christmas Parade. The tradition of Winslow's Christmas Parade began in 1946. The Chamber of Commerce chose to sponsor an event that would kick off the holiday season and encourage the cititenry to shop local! Drawing residents and guest from all around the state to enjoy what always proves to be a joyful holiday experience. Estimated crowds of up to 10,000 have been known to be in attendance, making Winslow’s Annual Christmas Parade the largest parade in all of Northern Arizona. I thought this would be a great time to show off some of our cars and enlighten those who think a Kaiser is a sandwich. The parade is Saturday November 17, 2012 in Winslow AZ and the entrance is free. Many car clubs come for the event and It is a great way to escape the heat of the lower desert country and buy some of the best Navajo taco's and fry bread in the state of Arizona.
