Just acquired a 53 Deluxe with a radio delete, what year/ model radio fits the 53 Dash?

If you're asking about KF only radio interchange, then any full size Kaiser radio from 1951 on up thru 1955 will fit, with the exception of the 1951 Motorola long chassis unit.

Lowell Fiedler had a radio for sale recently on ebay  and may still have it or another one.  I have sent him an email about your posting here.

I have one that's missing the knobs but it plays great. I think Rudy Philips  has the knobs or possible Larry Barker. In any case, I am Lowell so send me a Private Message if you're interested in the radio I have.
