1954 Kaiser Manhattan supercharge ( info)

I just got this car and there were a lots of things that was not connected. Under the carb there is a alum plate with two 1/4 copper lines that spit into one line. Does everyone knows what it hook up to I have picture if you need them. I am also looking for radiator thanks

Whereabouts are you located?  This sounds like something that people would have to see to offer guidance
