But how do you remove incorrect turn signals for judging purposes? While it is theoreticaly possible to take the turn signal wiring, bulb sockets, etc, off a 1947 or 1948 Frazer parts car and put it in a Kaiser, you would still have to deal with Frazer lenses (2 "dots" for the 2 bulbs) which would have to be changed front and back and a safe and easy way to remove the selection lever assembly from the steering column. You would need color coded quick disconnects to stash the run to the lights in the dash area, a way to remove the flasher and socket if on the firewall and change the front and back parking light/brake light lenses back to single dot.
Sounds like a bit of work to set up, get working and take apart.
