The fact that the fastners on the wheel humps, which the seat back snaps to, are bolted on (originals are spot welded), the absence of hold down rods and the fact that the hinge has phillips screws holding it to the seatback and flatblade screws fastening it to the floor of the trunk are indicators that it is not original. The fact that the tag lists AG 39 (same as my '53 J) is the real telltale (non-folding seat in that group). Also, the all vinyl side panels in the rear seat were only used in 1951 models - no 1953 trim codes had that. The jack handle mounting hardware is not original indicating a previous owner did some modifications and used parts from another car to update it. Not uncommon at all on a 60 year old car, especially a Henry J.
