DO NOT remove the rear window unless you absolutely have to. There are no replacement gaskets available and it is almost impossible to remove the glass without damaging the gasket.
That said, if you must remove the glass, first remove the trim from inside and then put wet towels on all glass and trim for a few hours. This will soften the glass and gasket and aid in their removal. Work from the divider bars and gently push the glass out from inside. As you start to push, have someone remove the stainless trim that surrounds the glass. Good luck!
