53 Manhattan "flipping"

This car was just recently sold.  Looks like it's being flipped http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1953-Kaiser-Manhattan-Base-3-7L-/251307550118?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item3a8318e5a6.  Interesting to see if he gets his asking price.

I read the text...wonder if HER attorney knows about this posting?  Also, since it does state RESERVE NOT MET, who knows what his asking price really is?
