I recently replaced the two front windshields on my 1949 Kaiser. I moved next to the two front doors. My frame for the ventilator window on the drivers was bad and so was the one on the parts car. The passenger side was in perfect shape. I drilled out the rivets for the hinge, the lock and used the frame and rubber from the driver side. Took me a couple of hours to drill and re-rivet everything back together but it came out great! Now on to the back two doors.
