Mounting front seat

When I had the body and paint work done, they replaced both front floor pans. So how do I go about mounting the front seat? There's no hole through the floor pans for bolts to go through, which I'm guessing is how it's done.

If I remember correctly you have a 48?  I currently have the seats out of my 49 and could easily take a picture or take a measurement if it helps.  My front seat is a frame and two cushions.  The frame bolts to the floor and the cushions fit inside the frame.  The frame has a mounting bracket in each corner that a bolt goes through and through the floorboard.  4 bolts to each corner.  My floorboard is threaded so no nut is required.  Is that how yours would mount?

I should have noted it is a '48 Kaiser. Since the body shop removed the seats and replaced the floor pans, I don't know exactly how they were mounted. I don't know if there's supposed to be a fixed threaded"nut" or if a bolt is just supposed to go through with a nut underneath. I also don't know if the '49 would be the same or not. But there is a bracket, I guess you'd call it, on each corner of the seat frame that would indicate that a bolt should go through it.

I have a 47 parts car at home with no front seat but the adjuster track is in place. I'll snap a few pix and post. I believe it's the same mount from 47 thru 50 but I'll post just in case.

Here is a picture of the seat frame. You will notice the brackets at the front and back. They correspond to the holes in the floorboard.

Here's a pic of the captive nut...more like threaded barrel that retain the seat mount bolts. They're spot welded in place and probably twisted off when the bolts were removed.

So I guess I'll just have to place the seat where I think it should go, drill holes and put bolts through with nuts on the bottom.
