1952 kaiser runs bad

my Kaiser has been sitting awhile and when I started it it runs like in has a bad miss I changed plugs wires cap button no luck can someone help thanks bryan hilling.and it does have good gas in it

From experience, it sounds to me like a valve is stuck open. If you have a compression tester, remove all of the spark plugs and the main coil wire lead and one at a time, test each cylinder for compression. My guess is one will be zero or very near to it.

If that's the case, you might be able to free it up by spraying some Marvel Mystery oil into the spark plug hole.

I agree with Joe - sounds like a stuck valve. Sometimes they free themselves up but don't count on it. Marvel Mystery oil has been known to make the difference.
