We discovered on Easter Sunday that the hotel in Annapolis has been telling people our block of rooms was sold out, which is not true.  Actually, the turnout has been much lower than expected and we are wondering if the hotel was turning folks away all along because it is graduation week and any rooms in our block not used will go on the open market for $30 to $50 more a night.

The hotel has extended the deadline to April 28. So, if you were previously unable to reserve a room, please try again - and call now! Sorry, I have not renewed my membership and was not aware of this meet.  I am in Northern Va. and would like to make it if I can.  What are the dates?

Just found out I will actually be in Annapolis on business May 16th, but that means I probably WON'T get a chance to drop by, unless I can work out Saturday to come up.  Will try.
