Richard Weidinger

I am saddened to inform you of the passing of Richard Weidinger, an early member of the KFOCI. Dick was member #5 and was part of the core group of early members who helped form the club as we know it today. Always outspoken and not afraid to speak his mind, he was a breath of fresh air when things got tough. He owned several KF products over the years and had his Traveler at the 2013 convention. He was also involved with the WPC, (Walter P Chrysler club) and was readying his 39 Chrysler Royal for the national convention at the time of his death.

Dick is survived by his wife Patricia.

He will be missed.

I have been informed that services for Dick will be private and that a celebration of life memorial will be held at a later date.

Thank you to everyone who wrote and called to ask about the services.

I'm sorry to hear of Mr. Weidinger's passing. I saw his nice '48 Kaiser at Sweetwater a couple of years ago. A fine looking machine indeed.
I don't remember if I had met him or not but I've certainly heard his name a time or two.
