Replacement glass
« on: July 11, 2014, 09:23:37 AM »
Has anyone had experience with Classic Auto Glass?  I need to replace the driver's door glass on my '53 HJ, and did get an estimate from CAG.

I took my 57 Chevy flat glass to a local place and had them cut off of my old glass. You did not state a cost by CAG, I would check local and compare. If something is wrong with the glass it's a lot easier dealing locally.(I hope)

They are first rate people. I ordered window glass for my 53 J .It did not fit. I returned the glass along with my old broken glass(at their expense). They cut a new one using my old one as a pattern. It fit perfectly. The whole time they were great to work with.
