Nice clean car at a fair price. 1952 Willys Aero Wing. He said the interior was complete and original but some mouse damage. If the car has 157,000 miles, then the interior should be shot. Lousy cloth used by the factory, probably a close replacement was used. Wish he had interior shots in the auction.
Fixer-upper would probably take $3-4,000 to make into a driver, that give you an investment of almost $7,000 and then transportation expense. Not sure this car is worth much more than $10,000 if it were near perfect, maybe as much as $15,000. But then, I kind of live in the past... Maybe these are blue chip investments that no one has realized yet...
