Most of the work is done. Sharp looking car . Couldn't restore one for the price .

I agree. While the paint color and seat material isn't quite correct, the car will present well once it's back on the road. I think the buy it now price is fair and it won't take much to finish. Someone's gonna get a good deal!

I agree with JoeFrazer and Mr. Manhattan.  I could not see in the ad where this car is located.  If I didn't already have a project car, I would be very tempted to grab this one.  I love the looks of the '47s and the '48s,

Keep in mind that "Air Conditioner" as it was called in the '47/'48 KF cars was simply a heater and fresh air vent system. It was not an air conditioner as they would come to be known or as we know them today.

Ah, yes there is an AC compressor on it. I did not see that. I was pretty sure you were aware of the "Air Conditioners" in the early ones and you indeed are.

It brought $4,550 and sold . Hope the bidder comes through. So many of these auction get ruined by " 0 " bidders (( You would thin E-Bay would do something about there false bids .
