Russ passed away last year. I spoke recently with his wife about selling his car. She's still weighing her options.

I did not hear this. I am sorry to learn of Russ' passing. He took the photo of Edgar Kaiser's Henry J that I use for my handle on here.  Here it is in full size:


I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with him a couple of times.

Russ took the early Darrin promo pics at U of M in Ann Arbor, MI.
His young model went on to become a famous actress.
She is still alive and still working.
Who is she??

I have to admit, the only movie I know her for is "The Exorcist" but I know she's done many others. I'll let others see if that helps them identify her.

You are correct on all counts.
Last year, she was in a local (Rochester, MI) restaurant a few days before I ate there.
I have been trying to get her to sign one of the prints that Russ gave to me so that I could give it back to him with her autograph.
No such luck..her "people" keep in the way!

That looks like a young Ellen Burstyn. She still looks fabulous today.

If you want to see her in a very disturbing movie, that got her nominated for a Best Actress Academy Award, "Requiem for a Dream".

Unfortunately, many celebs do not give out autographs anymore, especially when people send them something and ask. This, they claim, is because people send them items to sign, then turn around and sell them on ebay at high prices. I've read about a number of celebs that said they no longer give out autographs just for this reason.
