"Running when parked" also applies to any car that has hit a tree or was wrapped around a pole. Geez, I would think a seller  would not need to  include their thumb in the pictures but maybe that's a selling point.

Normally they do that to cover up their tag (like anyone really cares) but that only explains one photo, and only if the tag were mounted on the bumper
