Living close to Odgensburg NY would I not belong to the Empire district?

The Empire Region was set up to cover New York State.   That said, people from other states are more than welcome at an Empire Region function. It is part of the Eastern Division which covers the Eastern US.  You indicate you are close to Odgensburg;  just where are you located?
