I checked on the Rogers Road comment the seller makes.  There was a Kaiser-Frazer dealer there in 1953-54.  Kaisers were only actually built in Canada during the 1951 model year (no Frazers, no Henry J's).  Production was in the REO truck plant (which, ironically enough, REO bought from Graham-Paige in the 1930's). 

What would be interesting is to see the body tag on this car as well as door post serial number tag.  Canadian-built Kaisers do not use the same tag as Willow Run, Portland, Jackson MI or Long Beach cars use.
