2015 KFOCI National Meet - Gettysburg

The 2015 national meet host has asked me to post a reminder for all who wish to attend the meet to register as soon as possible. The host hotel, the Aspire, has imposed a June 25 cut-off date for reservations at the club rate so if nothing else, make a call today to get your room set aside.

The Aspire Inn and Suites can be reached at 717.334.2755. Our club rate is $99 per nite...very reasonable for the area and season.

This will be the first National Convention that I will be able to attend as I have been a KFOCI member since 1970. My wife just asked me how many do you think will be attending the National Convention? Any idea?

Typical attendance at a national meet is about 150 people and 40-ish cars. Because Gettysburg has alot to offer, I would think we'll have more attend. I caught up with the meet host last week and he told me that registrations are on-par with what we typically have ahead of the meet.

That's good to hear. I wouldn't want to be one of a dozen folks attending. We wouldn't have much to do after 2 hours.
